These people were a blight that's been making the sect weak and preventing it from growing.
Between the pill recipes Tan Yun gives to the auctionhouse guy Mr. De and the new city being built, I feel like Tan Yun has offset any power loss that might have occured by killing the elders.

Facts all these Elders are self serving. They either take or try to take resources and stuff them into their familial lines or take women full of potential and trap them in marriages with unreliable men to prop them up. Hence why this Sect forever remains at the bottom and only shines when Tan Yun is involved.

The sect master should have known that it is MC that's doing all the killings, its not like he can really do anything to MC since he is more important than those fucking elders.

LOL why would he know? Maybe assume is the word your looking for. They won't know anything Tan Yun does not want them to know, unless they find out from someone else.

Firstly Tan Yun is not capable of killing ANY of the elders that he is killing, which is obvious from the fact that he ISNT the one killing them, he is ordering his pet to do it. Why would the sect master suspect someone incapable of doing the things that are happening? They don't know anything about the MC.

They should have called this show Tan Yun's Circus!

It's kinda cute and a bit of a relief that the chief has someone to depend on and cry to.
